Workplace
After high school, I took the next ten years to finish my Bachelor's degree in Nursing -- no rush, right? I practiced nursing until my second child was born and have then been able to return to Art which was my original college major. It's been manifested in many ways, I designed sweatshirts for a while...Expand for more
, but recently my art appears on stage and on furniture! I refinish antique furniture and apply mixed-media to non-working surfaces. On the stage, I build stage sets and paint backdrops. Very recently I've started doing more traditional painting (on canvas). I've also traced my family genealogy back to the 1820's.
